Here is a list I made to help you with your stress. Eating healthy is what we all seek to do, but sometimes we crave those sweets or carbs. Responsibility needs to be spread out evenly and or managed differently. Maybe you should spread out that list or aim to accomplish things all at once. Try to change things up so you can find a better way to manage the to-do list and responsibilities in your life. Make time for the fun things in life and the work in life. Some of us should avoid the caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine or those vaping machines. Get your sleep and regulate it. Take some deep breaths and focus on one thing at a time.
