I want to act as if what I do makes a difference because I know it does. I  put my heart and my soul into my work. Photography is my passion and video is too! Searching for the time to do what I love has been a waste. So now I am now going to do it.  I will use my courage to do more and do it better. Here is a quote, " What would life be if we had no courage to attempt anything?" I read that online.  Where to put the art is what I was struggling with. Who to talk to and when to do it.  now and everywhere.

Family, friends, and strangers are apart of the decisions we make in life. People from all over the world now are apart of our lives. We use the internet and social media to add or subtract connections. Decide who to talk to or who to listen to. Where are we going with all this life stuff? What is the point of this life stuff? I try to make the most of life using a camera but that has been slow this year. I was once a passionate photographer that took hundreds of photos a day and now I am so picky that I might have a day I only take one pic. Sometimes we need a break from life. I might be stressed and allowing others to run my life. I am taking a turn though. For the better at least. I'm going to start doing better at this life stuff from now on. Maybe photography too! Stress is killer

Here is a list I made to help you with your stress. Eating healthy is what we all seek to do, but sometimes we crave those sweets or carbs.  Responsibility needs to be spread out evenly and or managed differently. Maybe you should spread out that list or aim to accomplish things all at once. Try to change things up so you can find a better way to manage the to-do list and responsibilities in your life.  Make time for the fun things in life and the work in life.  Some of us should avoid the caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine or those vaping machines.  Get your sleep and regulate it.  Take some deep breaths and focus on one thing at a time. Mindfulness of the tasks or objectives we seek to accomplish is relaxing us to be more focused.  Get a hobby or have fun.   Enjoy some of my videos here  My Vimeo
