Stress is killer

Here is a list I made to help you with your stress. Eating healthy is what we all seek to do, but sometimes we crave those sweets or carbs.  Responsibility needs to be spread out evenly and or managed differently. Maybe you should spread out that list or aim to accomplish things all at once. Try to change things up so you can find a better way to manage the to-do list and responsibilities in your life.  Make time for the fun things in life and the work in life.  Some of us should avoid the caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine or those vaping machines.  Get your sleep and regulate it.  Take some deep breaths and focus on one thing at a time. Mindfulness of the tasks or objectives we seek to accomplish is relaxing us to be more focused.  Get a hobby or have fun.   Enjoy some of my videos here  My Vimeo

I workout with Fitbit!

Greetings friends, So I have been using a Fitbit for a while, and specifically, the  Fitbit Charge 2 . I have enjoyed it since getting it since I can see my steps or stairs and still have a clock but not the bulky watch feel. My Fitbit profile if you want to add me and challenge me lol  Josh Fitbit profile add me . Do you use a fitness device and if so which one and why or why not? I enjoy the Fitbit app the most because there is so much to learn about yourself or see the room for improvement. The ne w  Fitbit Versa  loo ks good I might get that one day. What is your fav gym or place to workout? Is it home or the park maybe a beach? I also enjoy the outdoors and running the beaches or a park. I need to get my bike tires fixed, and get back to cycling. Well, this was just some random but specific thoughts to share, hope to make some workout friends and learn more from you. in the comments.
