The world is full of surprises, so be observant and notice more around you. We all have ideas, words, wisdom, mistakes, and experiences. This is a photo from when I lived in Oceanside. Writing is helping me to be more disciplined and most of all the discipline of thinking. So I thought I should share my passion for photography with you. Here is a list I made to help you with your stress. Eating healthy is what we all seek to do, but sometimes we crave those sweets or carbs.  Responsibility needs to be spread out evenly and or managed differently. Maybe you should spread out that list or aim to accomplish things all at once. Try to change things up so you can find a better way to manage the to-do list and responsibilities in your life.  Make time for the fun things in life and the work in life.  Some of us should avoid the caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine or those vaping machines.  Get your sleep and regulate it.  Take some deep breaths and focus on one thing at a time. Mindfulness of the tasks or objectives we seek to accomplish is relaxing us to be more focused.  Get a hobby or have fun.   Enjoy some of my videos here  My Vimeo

What are you reading or writing? I am reading some books or listening to them. I am getting this blog together day by day and topic by topic. Writing about things is new for me and not something I have done for years. I am now sharing how I have traveled and accomplished my goals in life. I am going to share ups and downs over the years. I want to answer any questions you have for me. I will ask you my readers questions too. Just go for it I say read, write or run lol. I am going to try to write more and more so I can be more comfortable with this blog. Topics can be an issue but I will find them. Getting more done in less time is not easy but working hard is fun. The technology world has assisted me and helped me get better with my writing and reading of books. There is so so much in my head I want and need to share it. The  Audible  books and app is my favorite! Give it a try! Let me know what you like or look for in books.

Trying again and again!   Don't give up!  While we are distracted by the world around us, remember a growth mindset will make us better! Working out or watching a movie takes time. Failure is going to happen and it's not going to stop us. Find a way to keep practicing.
