A life coach aims to help you overcome mental blocks you might have placed on yourself. Life coaching is good for high achievers, leaders, entrepreneurs, and people like you and me. 1. Perseverance - Exposes you to strategies that help you forge ahead, especially when you are experiencing delay or difficulty. 2. Confidence - Teaches you how to be in acceptance of your skills, ability, and experience regardless of extenuating circumstances. 3. Gratitude - This shows you how to express appreciation to people when it matters most. look into my other writings https://medium.com/@jdo83 https://www.linkedin.com/in/joshommen/ https://www.linkedin.com/posts/joshommen_give-hope-to-the-epileptic-organized-by-activity-6648679603160383488-x5MZ
